NOTES:
1.  A minimum of three adults is required for race committee.
2.  All skippers meetings will begin at 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted.
3.  Race committee must ensure that all equipment is stowed and secured properly after the day's racing.
4.  If the skipper assigned to race committee cannot fulfill that assignment, it is his/her responsibility to arrange for a substitute and to notify the fleet captain of the change.  It is not the fleet captain's responsibility!
5.  Beverages and snacks will be served after the races on Saturday series events.
